Returns & Refund Policy
Easy, transparent and fair — everything you need to know about returning your Saint Issa pieces.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for orders shipped within the United Kingdom. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as Saint Issa is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
We do not offer final sale items at this time. All eligible products can be returned within the 14-day window.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@saintissa.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
