Custom Length Policy
Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, and returns for our bespoke made-to-measure pieces.
Any tracksuit, hoodie, or trousers ordered with personalised body, sleeve, or inseam measurements through our Customise Length service. A £10 bespoke tailoring fee applies per garment.
Each custom length piece is cut and tailored individually to your specifications. This requires additional production time on top of standard processing.
- Standard items — 1 to 3 business days processing
- Custom length items — 5 to 10 business days production
- Mixed orders are dispatched together once all items are ready
During high-volume periods (new drops, sales), production may take slightly longer. You will receive an email update if any delays occur.
Once your custom piece is ready, it is dispatched within the United Kingdom using our standard couriers.
- UK Standard Delivery — 1 to 3 business days after dispatch
- UK Express Delivery (if available) — 1 to 2 business days after dispatch
- You will receive a tracking number once shipped
We currently ship custom orders only within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.

The fee covers the additional craftsmanship required to cut and finish each piece to your exact measurements. Standard product price and shipping costs apply separately.
Returns on Custom Length Items
Because each custom length piece is tailored specifically to you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect measurements provided, or general dissatisfaction with fit.
Please use our Customise Length guide and Size Chart carefully before placing your order. Once production begins, your piece cannot be remade or refunded for buyer error.
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If something is wrong on our side, we will make it right.
- Production error — your piece arrives with measurements different from what you ordered
- Manufacturing defect — visible flaws in stitching, fabric, or finishing
- Incorrect item — you receive the wrong garment
- Damaged in transit — your piece arrives damaged from shipping
In any of these cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@saintissa.co.uk with photos. We will offer a free remake or a full refund.
Custom length items cannot be exchanged for a different size, length, or style. If you need different measurements, you may place a new custom order.
Custom orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order, before production begins. After this point, your piece is in production and cannot be changed.
To request a change or cancellation, email info@saintissa.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number.
Your custom length piece is made with the same premium materials and craftsmanship as our standard collection. Follow the care instructions on the garment label to maintain quality and fit.
Saint Issa is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, ironing, or alterations made after delivery.
